The .TEMP. directory is for files which should be deleted every time the system
comes up.  There is a system demon which runs about once an hour and deletes
everything with a creation time of more than 24 hours ago.  You may place files
here which you do not wish to remain here after you log out, etc.

Where possible, the convention to be followed in file names is:
    o	First file name should be the UNAME of creator.
    o	The second name should be something to indicate the program doing the
	writing.
