When loc AUTPSY shows that the cause was an illegal UUO
(JSR from ILUUO routine, just above U.OPR) the following locations
should be recorded:
U40SAV/		; saved loc 40, what the UUO was.
UUHSAV/		; saved loc UUOH, where the UUO was plus 1.
		; This will be UXCTIO+4.
PDLSAV/		; Saved PDL pointer, since instr was XCT @(P).
Do a tab to get
<contents of PDL> which should be an XCTIOC <addr>.
Do another tab to get
<addr>/ <instr that should have been XCT'd>.

And anything else that may be appropriate, for example where the
XCTIOC itself appeared in the program (location will be on PDL since
UXCTIO pushes UUOH).
