Header-People-Request apologizes for the delay in dealing with your
request; I was mostly out of it for several months last year due to
personal circumstances.  With some luck, future list maintenance will be
more prompt.

Welcome to Header-People.  Recent mail to this list lives in the file
KSC;HEADER MINS on MC, with older archives in KSC;HEADER MINS00 through
MINS17.  These files are trivially accessible via FTP to Arpanet users.
Users beyond the Arpanet must in general make their own arrangements to
trans-ship any archives they desire, though Header-People-Request is
willing to listen to special pleading about why exceptions should be made
to our normal policy of not assisting in such shipping.
