Welcome to Header-People.  Recent mail to this list lives in the file
KSC;HEADER MINS on MC, with older archives in KSC;HEADER MINS00 through
MINS17.  Unfortunately, when our IMPs were turned off in May the code to
allow ITS machines to talk Internet was not finished, and it still isn't.
This is being worked on, but until we have it running, mail is the only
protocol the ITSs can deal with, so for the moment you can't FTP the
archives yourself; if you would like to see them, please send mail to the
-REQUEST list and we'll mail the pieces you want.
