This directory contains copies of RFCs, IENs, and other network documentation.

If the RFC you want isn't here, FTP a copy over from the NIC and leave it
here for the next guy.  Name it something like RFC259 LOSERS, where LOSERS
will help someone listing the directory remember what RFC259 is about.
