Not the inlay instructions (I don't have one), but a note of something tremendously important.

The fire button activates levers and bombs and so on, as you'd expect - but you also have to press fire to pick up gems.

Pick up all gems to exit level.

Gems may be hidden behind rocks.

The tremendously important bit: press P on the title screen to enter a password.

48K version has no sound.

This possibly may run on the SAM as well. (There's a SAM-specific B-side which I haven't included.)
